Every DRIVECHAIR is hand-built and quality-checked in Germany before dispatch. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and quality-checked within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Free Shipping — delivered in 5–7 business days. Free of charge, fully tracked.
  • Express Shipping — delivered in 2–3 business days for 29.99 € (shown in your local currency at checkout).

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may vary slightly due to carrier or customs handling.

3. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order leaves our facility, so you can follow your DRIVECHAIR every step of the way.

4. Customs & Duties

For deliveries within our standard zones, there are no surprise fees at your door. For some international destinations, import duties or taxes may apply depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient where not stated as included.

5. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you spot a mistake.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated or your order seems delayed, email us at drivechair@outlook.com and we'll investigate with the carrier right away. Shipments are insured during transit.
