This website is operated by DRIVECHAIR. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to DRIVECHAIR. 2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display is accurate. All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Promotional prices and limited-edition runs are available while stocks last. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received an order confirmation email. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers, including card payments and instalment options where available (e.g. Klarna). You confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are indicative and are not guaranteed. Each product is quality-checked before dispatch. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in your country are, where not stated as included, your responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return an unused product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Warranty

Our products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property
